We developed a considerable expertise in litigation procedures related to individual and collective layoffs, company reorganizations and renovations taking into account social security systems, and all labour-related issues with regard to company mergers or transfers. Special focus is given to assisting companies with collective bargaining, both at company and national level, and with managers contracts.
